We are looking for a Financial Planning Process Analyst (m/f) to strengthen our Data Supply Chain department at Red Bull HQ in Fuschl am See, AT. The key deliverable to the organization is to secure data quality and process excellence throughout the financial planning process. As a member of the Finance Data Quality Management team, one governs and quality assures the financial planning process from an end-to-end business perspective. Training and support of the global finance community on the process & system side, as well as ensuring business relevant, high quality go-lives of developments and enhancements complement this challenging & diverse profile. The role will participate in business process (re)design projects as well as co-define & implement process related improvements. You act as process expert on financial planning related initiatives and represent the Data Supply Chain team as an in-house consultant on financial planning related matters. Depending on passion, know-how & experience there will be the opportunity to lead individual projects or project streams.
BUSINESS SERVICE MANAGEMENT
You provide financial planning related training, guidance and support to local key users worldwide. In this role, you work closely together with functional as well as IT specialists throughout the organization in order to assure close alignment and best possible service levels towards global budget owners.

Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in a Finance, Controlling or Accounting function of an international corporation
Knowledge of business process analysis and proven track record on business process improvement initiatives
Experience in working with global planning solutions [e.g. SAP BW Integrated Planning, Oracle Hyperion Planning, etc.]
Exposure to driver based planning approaches is seen as an asset
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, information systems or related STEM field
Excellent command of English, additional German is a plus
