To complete our process and knowledge management team at Red Bull Headquarters in Elsbethen (Salzburg) we are looking for an open-minded, supportive and independent personality with strong system affiliation for ERP support with special focus on SD/MM and knowledge transfer activities.
In this position you will help solving issues, identify problems and support designing and documenting system and process improvements.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
In this role you will provide system support to the business within our Operations support concept. You will support the Operations departments with daily tasks including system and process issues as well as optimization of their processes if they are not defined as project or enhancement.
KEY USER MANAGEMENT & KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
Globally, you will check and review key user roles for Operations applications. When necessary you will be responsible for assigning new key users and also train them for their new role.
KNOWLEDGE & DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT
In order to sustain knowledge transfer you will identify needs for training and additional documentation (e.g. Guidelines, BPPs, Manuals). Furthermore, you will be able to update existing documentation in order to assure the availability of latest documentation, training & tools.
