Given the changing landscape in On Premise, this position will be at the forefront of enabling countries to deliver world-class execution of global On Premise Marketing initiatives.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
”LIVING” THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE
First and foremost, you'll be an ambassador for the Red Bull Brand and Product internally and externally. You live our Red Bull On Premise Culture and monitor image standards regarding our brand premium values.
STRATEGY INTO EXECUTION
You'll drive the process of fully exploiting our core business and expanding the Red Bull footprint and marketing initiatives beyond night clubs and bars. By coaching country organizations and translating big ideas into activation that build availability, visibility and demand of Red Bull, you'll enable the implementation of On Premise Marketing programs for global usage. In addition, you'll provide business planning support as well as plan and conduct country visits.
SALES & MARKETING
With strong commercial understanding you'll credibly demonstrate the impact of initiatives and strategies while using analytical skills to identify commercial and marketing opportunities.
On Premise is all about its people so you’ll play an active role in the recruitment process, delivering strong on-boardings and developing training programs for our global On Premise Marketing community.
You'll build a strong and credible network with all internal & external stakeholders to maximize the impact and leverage of major sales and marketing initiatives.
Moreover, you’ll demonstrate a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude that actively searches out new business opportunities and improvements within our existing initiatives.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.159 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
